Minor setback
Sunday 25th Aug After a solid start racking up 72 km in the first 17 days, I've was struck down with inflamed tendons in my calf (peroneal tendonitis).Extremely frustrating to say the least. A week into recovery without running - and even keeping walking to a minimum - I can definitely say it's getting to me!
And we're off!
