I'm taking on Fred’s Big Run this August to STEP UP TO RESTORE SIGHT! 

My goal is to raise funds for The Fred Hollows Foundation to continue the legacy of an Australian legend, Fred Hollows. 

Because right now, 9 out of 10 people who are blind don't need to be...

And an operation that costs as little as $25 can help restore sight to someone who is needlessly blind, and change their life forever!

Out passed Jemimas Along Pauls Lane The VIEWS out that way are a SIGHT TO SEE Then along Pauls goat track didnt SEE any early risers but wont be going there again til next winter Coffeeing at Perennial Plants… civilization

10k sprint

Monday 5th Aug
After 3 years on the couch watching Netflix etc 5 ks a day is not so easy… then miss yesterday and have to do 10ks today ouch but i revelled in the beautiful scenery the parrots the roos the different wattles because I can see now my cataracts have been removed. 80 years ago today my peaceful walk at the Cowra POW Park was machine gun s firing much screaming and yelling as the desperate prisoners tried to escape
