todays walk brings my challenge to an end. very happy

had a few days off towards the end of the week. getting back into it to finish up this challenge

Had my birthday this weekend big celebration . back to running today, was a struggle. going to get back in the swing of it

Big walk

today I did a big walk instead of a run to try give my feet the chance to recover.

1 week down

today marks a week since I started. it’s been fun so far and I’m a quarter of my way though the 100km. my feet are currently very sore so will need to find a soloution to that problem. was on the treadmill today and lost the first half of my run. it only tracked the last 2km but I did run 4 today

Good day

Today I played a round of golf, and instead of using a buggy like I normally do. I decided to walk the whole distance.

Day 3

yesterday I did a run around my neighbourhood. the varying inclines and surfaces made it pretty tricky. today I was back on the treadmill for 4km. feeling better everyday

todays run was 4km, felt pretty good throughout but still a challenge. hopefully will notice it getting easier after a few more days
